The number of attendees is limited and it is therefore important to submit applications as soon as possible in order to receive prompt consideration by the Meeting Organizers.
Only online application will be accepted.
Deadline: Application should be submitted within March 10th, 2007.

If you have missed the application deadline please contact the secretary (mailto:rettmeeting@prorett.org) and we will make any effort to help you in attending the meeting.

The conference fee is 300 Euro and includes:

• hotel accommodation in single room
• transportation
• social dinner and meals during the conference.

A reduced price of 250 Euro is offered to online applications received within December 31st, 2007.

Participants willing to share a double room will have a reduction of 50 Euro. For attendance without hotel accommodation and social dinner the price is 60 Euro.

Application form

You will receive an email revealing your successful application.
Please note that completing the application will not register yourself for the conference.
You will receive an email notifying your acceptance containing all the necessary information for registering. Registration has to be completed within two weeks after you have been accepted by the organizers.

If desired, hotel accommodation for extra nights can be reserved when confirming the meeting attendance. Each extra night will cost 100 Euro at night including breakfast.

For the guests that remain at Lago Maggiore after the meeting it will be possible to participate in an organized boat-trip on the Lago Maggiore at a limited price; please indicate if you would be interested in participating; the organization of the trip depends on the number of attendees.
